| Description | Torgeson Electric Company is currently seeking individuals looking to join the fire alarm and special systems controls industry for commercial projects. |
| Scope of Work | Fire Alarm/Special Systems Technicians are able to install a fully functioning Fire Alarm and/or HVAC Controls System. Some traveling required to job sites in northeast Kansas. |
| Pay | Based on experience. $1500 signing bonus. |
| Hours | 40 or more per week |
| Transportation | Travel allowance provided, if required |
| Lodging | Provided if required |
| Req. Experience | Experience desired but not required |

| Duties & Tasks | You will work with one of our fire alarm/HVAC controls foreman and receive on the job training Tasks would include running conduit, wire/cable installation, device installation, troubleshooting, and system testing If seeking a foreman position, must have 3+ years of experience, have worked with multiple system brands and have a minimum NICET level 2 certification for fire alarm OSHA 10 required (reimbursement available upon completion) Fill out daily pre-job safety plan for the work that will be performed Basic electrical knowledge preferred but not required |
