Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm and intrusion security systems
Diagnose wiring, device, and communication issues
Install or add components to existing systems
Perform system programming adjustments and testing
Respond to service calls and system alerts
Replace batteries and perform preventative maintenance
Document service work, materials used, and system findings
Deliver professional, customer-focused service while representing the company in the field
Prior experience servicing fire alarm and/or security systems
NICET Certification required
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Solid knowledge of system wiring, devices, and programming
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
Valid driver’s license and clean background check
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physically active work
