What You Will Be Doing
As an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager within our, you will drive the successful execution of commercial construction projects, with a focus on electrical, fire, and HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will encompass project estimating, resource allocation, planning, quality control, customer relationship management, and pursuing new opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate

Oversee and manage field personnel and subcontractors daily.

Other Essential Functions

Minimum of 3 years' experience with fire alarm design build contracting.

Proficiency in NFPA codes and standards.

Creative problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of the time).

Financial literacy and key financial concept understanding.

High School diploma with trade/college project management education or related field.
