An established fire protection company is seeking an experienced Lead Fire Alarm Service Technician to handle service calls, inspections, and system troubleshooting throughout the Tri-State area. This role is ideal for a technician with FDNY knowledge, S-98 certification (or familiarity), and strong technical experience looking for a stable company with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Service, inspect, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems
• Respond to service calls throughout the Tri-State area
• Ensure systems meet FDNY codes and compliance standards
• Perform system testing, maintenance, and repairs
• Complete service reports and required documentation
• Communicate with clients regarding service updates and findings

Requirements

• Experience as a Fire Alarm Technician
• S-98 Certification or knowledge of requirements
• FDNY code knowledge required
• NICET Level I or Level II preferred
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
• Ability to work independently and manage service schedules
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the Tri-State area
