What’s In It for You:
• $22-$30 per hour (starting pay depending on experience).
• Bi-yearly bonus opportunities: One, mid-year and the second at year-end. The amount will vary and depends on the company’s bottom line and your experience and overall performance.

• Vacation time: 10 days after one year plus three sick days (But we are very flexible.)

Qualifications/Experience:
• Experience in installing low voltage systems a plus, NOT required.
• Have your own basic hand tools required to perform duties and experience using them.
• Able to read and explain basic system blueprints.
• Understand wiring circuits for low voltage systems.
• Have your own reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and not afraid of heights.
• Pass both a background check and drug test.
• 1-year Fire Alarm Systems experience is a plus.
• NICET certification is preferred, but not required.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Learn and apply installation best practices from senior technicians.
• Track and report on daily hours and a detailed list of tasks completed.
• Maintain a clean jobsite and accurate inventory of materials.
• Provide lead technician and project manager with regular updates on progress.
• Learn the application and proper techniques for installing new products and methods on an ongoing basis.
• Report safety concerns and situations out of scope to project manager.
• Read, interpret, and explain blueprints to clients.
• Pull/terminate cable and install various fire alarm, camera, access control, and security system devices to established standards.
• A typical workday is 8 hours (7a-3p), M-F (no lunch clock-in/out). However, flexibility is needed as you could be on call (mostly on Saturdays), but overtime is provided at time and a half.
